Ordering & Pricing

Is customization included in the price?

Yes. All pricing includes standard customization for the selected product and decoration method. Any additional decoration locations or special requests will be quoted separately.


What is your minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order is 12 units per design across all products.


Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes. Volume discounts are applied automatically based on quantity. The more you order, the lower the price per item.


Can I mix sizes or colors in one order?

Yes. You can mix sizes and colors within the same product, as long as the artwork and decoration placement remain the same.


Artwork & Proofs

What file types do you accept for logos?

We accept most common file types, including:

  • AI, EPS, PDF (preferred)

  • PNG, JPG (high resolution)

If you’re unsure, upload what you have — our team will review it.


Will I see a proof before production?

Yes. A digital proof is required and provided before production begins. We will not proceed until you approve the proof.


Can I make changes after seeing the proof?

Yes. Minor revisions are included. If major artwork changes are requested after proof approval, additional charges may apply.


Production & Shipping

How long does production take?

Standard production time is 7–10 business days after proof approval. Production time may vary depending on product type, quantity, and decoration method.


Do you offer rush orders?

Yes, rush options may be available for select products. Please contact us before ordering to confirm availability and pricing.


Do you ship nationwide?

Yes. We ship to customers throughout the United States.


Can I track my order?

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided via email.


Printing & Decoration Methods

What decoration methods do you offer?

We offer:

  • Screen printing
  • DTF (Direct to film)
  • Embroidery
  • UV printing

The available method depends on the product and artwork.


Which decoration method is best for my product?

Our team selects the best method based on your logo, product, and use case. If you have a preference, let us know during checkout or in your artwork upload notes.


Returns & Changes

Can I cancel or change my order after approval?

Once a proof is approved and production has started, orders cannot be canceled or changed. Please review your proof carefully before approving.


Do you accept returns?

Because all items are custom-made, returns are not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
